Although it was a cold blustery day, the SAPRA Halloween Walkabout was a great success.
Some of the pictures from the event are shown below, showing a number of very happy children all trying to scare the wits out of their friends and relatives. Creative and different costumes were in vogue and a great, and sweet time, was had by all.
A big shout out to all those involved in making the event another success for the SAPRA community. Well done!!
A total of R22 376 was raised from ticket sales and donations, which after deducting expenses of R8 465 left us with a healthy profit of R13 911. This will be added to the existing ring-fenced money specifically for the improvement of Fearnhead Park.
