Transportation and Traffic Technology (TTT) Africa (Pty) Ltd was appointed to undertake a traffic study for Jan Celliers Primary School in Greenside East. The school has acquired and developed the property across the road from the main school grounds and pupils are required to cross the public road throughout the day. The school intends to lease the section of Dorset Road between Lower Park Drive and Crescent Road through a long-term lease with the JPC, and close it for private use.
