Following the hearing of 6 June 2024, the MPT resolved that the Application to rezone the site to include a sport and recreational club was refused. Thanks go to those residents who submitted Objections and attended the hearing.
It remains to be seen if the developers will submit an Appeal. Please be aware that the site is already zoned for 70 dwelling units per hectare.
