December 2024: The findings of the MPT held on 09 November 2023 came through on 30 January 2024. SAPRA asked for reasons and for a copy of the recording of the MPT in February 2024 with a view to request a review. No response has been received. A copy of the MPT recording was requested again and is now on file. A Placeholder Appeal was submitted on 04 March 2024. In December 2024, SAPRA submitted an updated Appeal. No further reaction from CoJ.
May 2025: The site is currently being used by Tristar, the builders of Saxon Square, as the site offices.
