- SAPRA have objected as there is very little detail of what is intended by the application for rezoning and as it is possible that the development will also affect the residential site of the Eastern side of this building. SAPRA would like to know if the developer has considered the impact that this might have on the infrastructure of the suburb. The objection letter may be downloaded by clicking here.
- A subsequent letter from City Power has been received indicating no objection, but subject to power being provided by the building owner. A copy of that letter may be downloaded by clicking here. Letters of approval from both Johannesburg Roads Agency and Joburg Water have also been received.
