The street addresses of the two properties are 93 Westwold Way and 2 Northwold Drive.
The proposed development is to establish nine three storey residential buildings to house 62 units, including a combination of one, two and three bedrooms. The site plan may be downloaded by clicking here. Any comments or objections are to be submitted to the City before 19 May 2021.
Our Town Planner, Craig Petorius from Urban Terrain has advised us that the application is fully compliant with local authority policy and even less high or dense than they would be permitted. It will be similar to the development of Parkwood Manor on the corner of Jan Smuts Avenue and Avonwold Road.
