The original application was for a mixed-use building of offices and residential apartment of three storeys but this was subsequently revised to a storage facility of four storeys.  The application, site plans and motivation may be downloaded here.

Whilst this is currently an empty plot and we would welcome development of that site, the revised application we feel is not in keeping with the character of the area. It is also not clear how access to and egress from the site is contemplated. SAPRA have objected twice - once on the initial application and then again on the second application.  A copy of the objections may be downloaded here and here.
